Organisation of cultural, information and entertainment events in the Czech Republic
The overall subject of the contract is to provide assistance to the EC Representation in its communication activity in the Czech Republic. This should be done by facilitating the organisation of 1 or more events per year, such as:
— 5 days' festival for the celebration of Europe Day/Schuman Day, 9th of May,
— happenings,
— other cultural, information and entertainment events.
The aim of such events will be to arouse interest in the celebrations among the Czech public at large and to mark the main and symbolic days, events and initiatives of the EU agenda.
