High capacity turbomolecular and cryogenic pumps
The Contracting Authority, whose main activity is to conduct research and development in the physical sciences field – is the recipient of a grant for the project "ELI: Extreme Light Infrastructure" (hereinafter the "Project"). Part of realisation of the project is provision of vacuum chambers for experimental part of the project.The Subject Matter of the public tender is a the supply of such high capacity turbo molecular (2 pieces) and cryogenic pumps (2 pieces) along with any necessary controllers.The Subject Matter of the Public Contract for supplies includes a selection of a supplier that shall – based on a purchase contract supply devices as specified in Annex 5a (Technical specification for Turbomolecular pumps) and/or Annex 5b (Technical specification for Cryogenic pumps)and Annex 6a (Binding text of the purchase contract – turbomolecular pumps) and/or Annex 6b (Binding text of the purchase contract – cryogenic pumps) hereto.The bidder shall be obliged to prepare the bid in accordance with all requirements of the Contracting Authority and in accordance with this Tender Documentation and all its Annexes.The public contract is divided into individual parts pursuant to Sec. 98 (1) of the Act:Part no. 1 Turbomolecular pumpsPart no. 2 Cryogenic pumps.
