Public procurement of project management for expansion and restructuring of LFP
The LFP consists of 4 buildings that went through a restructuring in 1998, which was followed by the construction of a kindergarten in 2011. The principal building is partially classified by the department of historical monuments. Despite these successive interventions, some dysfunctions persist. It is related to various problems: impractical classrooms, bad layout, insufficient capacity of the site due to the increasing number of students as well as a non-aesthetic appearance of a building. According to the discussed scenarios, the intention is to: (i) Construct a new entrance building, (ii) Unite different spots of kindergarten, (iii) Expand the premises for elementary and secondary sections either by raising the current building and/or by reconstructing the sections of the building that were added in 1998 and (iv) Restructuring certain areas. The subject of the present competition is to designate the PM in charge of the process of expansion and restructuring of the LFP.
