Article 3 ''Price'' of the SC 1 under the FWC EUSPA/RP/01/22 was amended to reflect the new maximum total price to be paid under the SC (i.e., from EUR 4,393,285.00 € to EUR 4,707,405.20 €). Accordingly, the Terms of Reference of the SC, constituting Annex SC.I to the SC, were replaced by an updated version covering the extension in scope of the SC. The same went with the Contractor’s specific offer, constituting Annex SC.II to the SC, also updated as necessary to respond to the extended needs of the Contracting Authority.
