European Union Agency for the Space Programme

Open procedure for provision of support services to the European Union Agency for the Space Programme (EUSPA) and the European Commission (EC) in a number of different areas and locations. Precisely, the foregoing procedure is split into five distinctive lots as follows: Lot 1 – Mission, Services Engineering and Uptake Support, Lot 2 – Ground and Space Segments Engineering Support, Lot 3 – Security- Cyber and Risk Analysis Support, Lot 4 – Project Management & Quality Support, Lot 5 – Operations and Service Provision and Management Support. All lots are envisaged as interinstitutional contracts whereby EUSPA and the European Commission will be co-contracting authorities. Further information in this respect is provided in the published tender documentation. In addition to Regulation (EU, Euratom) 2018/1046, the other legal bases of the procedure are: Regulation (EU) 2021/696, Regulation (EU) 2021/695, Regulation (EU) 2023/588.In case of unavailability or disruptions in the functioning of the electronic means of communication provided in Section 5.1.11 in the last 5 calendar days before the time limit for receipt indicated in Section 5.1.12, the contracting authority reserves the right to extend this time limit and publish the extension at the Internet address provided in Section 5.1.11, without a preceding publication of a corrigendum to this notice.
